Basic Controls

1. Find matching button pairs on the board (same colour or pattern).
2. Draw a path between them by dragging — the yarn fills grid cells.
3. Paths cannot cross, overlap or pass through other buttons.
4. Fill every cell on the board with yarn to complete the level.
5. Lift and redraw any path by tapping it; all paths reset on level restart.

Strategy & Advanced Tips

• Start with constrained buttons. A button in a corner or with only one possible route should be connected first — it has the fewest options.
• Work from the outside in. Border buttons have fewer path possibilities; solving them early prevents dead ends in the middle.
• Think about cell parity. Each path must fill an even number of remaining cells for its colour. If a region has odd cells left, a path must weave into it.
• Keep paths short when possible. Long winding paths block more cells and reduce flexibility for remaining pairs.
• Use the grid lines. Mentally divide the board into regions. If two buttons of the same colour are in different regions separated by other buttons, that path must cross the boundary.

Playing on Mobile vs Desktop

On mobile, drag with your finger to draw paths. On desktop, click and drag with the mouse. The grid is sized to fit comfortably on a phone screen in portrait mode.

Common Mistakes

• Connecting the easiest pair first, blocking the harder pair that needed that corridor.
• Forgetting that paths fill entire cells — a one-cell detour can make the remaining area unsolvable.
• Not redrawing when stuck — lifting a path and trying a different route is faster than restarting.
